When to use DAP
Buyers who want door delivery but prefer to control their own customs clearance.
Watch out for
Storage and demurrage caused by slow import clearance fall on the buyer.
DAP for Africa trade
Works well for inland destinations such as Kampala or Kigali, if your clearing agent is ready on arrival.
