    • Provide individualized coaching to employees requiring additional support with written or spoken business English.
    • Develop role-playing exercises based on realistic client and supplier scenarios.
    • Support new-employee onboarding by delivering communication and client-service training.
    • Work with department managers to identify recurring communication challenges and develop targeted training solutions.
    • Maintain training records, employee progress documentation, assessments, and learning plans.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and modify programs according to employee and departmental needs.
    • Promote clear, professional, and culturally appropriate communication across Mooventory's international teams.

    • Freight & Shipping Communication: Discussing ETAs, shipment status, FCL/LCL shipments, freight quotations, delays, documentation, ports, carriers, and delivery arrangements.
    • Procurement Communication: Writing RFQs, comparing supplier offers, requesting samples, discussing payment terms, and communicating purchase requirements.
